Since they are 100% handmade, every piece purchased can show a slight variation in color and style. However, we always aim to reproduce what is advertised in the photographs as precisely as possible.

If you decide that you want to return or exchange your mask, we accept only unused masks.
You will only have to pay for shipping to us. We reserve the right to accept the return on a case by case basis.

If the purchased masks are not in stock or a customization is requested, they will have to be specifically made for the order.
